Shannon O’Shea, CPO is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist and serves as Senior Manager of Hanger Clinic’s National Pediatric Program. Based in Kansas City, she provides specialized orthotic care for children with a wide range of diagnoses. Her clinical expertise includes cranial remolding for infants with plagiocephaly and craniosynostosis, the treatment of idiopathic and neuromuscular scoliosis, and the orthotic management of cerebral palsy.
As a strong believer in education, Shannon is passionate about ensuring families feel comfortable and supported throughout their care journey. She enjoys seeing her patients improve over time and being able to provide quantifiable outcome measures, which brings great joy to both the families and herself. In addition to her patient practice, Shannon is a leader dedicated to advancing pediatric orthotic and prosthetic care nationwide. She leads the alignment of Hanger Clinic’s national pediatric strategy with broader organizational goals, ensuring that the most vulnerable patients receive timely, consistent, and outcome-driven care.
