By registering for and attending the Star Summit 2025, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photography & Video Recording
Orthomerica Products, Inc. (“Orthomerica”) and its authorized representatives may photograph, film, or otherwise record sessions, activities, and attendees during the Star Summit.
Consent to Use
By your participation, you grant Orthomerica the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display your image, likeness, voice, and/or name as captured in photographs, video, audio, or other media formats. Such media may be used for marketing, educational, archival, and promotional purposes in print, digital, or any other format now known or later developed.
No Compensation
You understand that no compensation will be provided to you for the use of such media, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use to which it is applied.
Third-Party Media
Orthomerica is not responsible for the use of photos, video, or audio recordings taken and shared by attendees or third parties during the event.
Opt-Out
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please email StarSummit@orthomerica.com with your full name and details of your request prior to the event. While Orthomerica will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, we cannot guarantee your exclusion from all media coverage.
Participant-Contributed Media
The Star Summit may provide attendees with access to a shared media album hosted by Orthomerica or a third-party platform (such as Kululu) for the voluntary upload of photos, videos, or other content (“Participant Media”).

- By uploading Participant Media, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to such content or have permission from the rightful owner to share it.
- You grant Orthomerica a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display the Participant Media for marketing, promotional, archival, or educational purposes, in any format now known or later developed.
- You acknowledge that Orthomerica is not responsible for the downloading, sharing, or misuse of Participant Media by third parties once it is uploaded to the shared album.
- Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content is strictly prohibited, and Orthomerica reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

Health & Safety Notice
By attending the Star Summit 2025 hosted by Orthomerica Products, Inc. (“Orthomerica”), you certify that you have not experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19 or any communicable disease, which may include fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other related symptoms within the past fourteen (14) days.

During the Summit dates (October 1 -3, 2025), Orthomerica will implement and expect all attendees to follow the most current guidelines and recommendations issued by the CDC.
Duty to Self-Monitor
All participants, speakers, exhibitors, and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 or any other communicable disease (symptoms may include, but are not limited to, fever, cough, and shortness of breath).

If you develop symptoms during the Star Summit, you agree to immediately discontinue participation in all event activities. Should symptoms occur during the Summit or within 14 days after attending, participants should notify Orthomerica by contacting StarSummit@orthomerica.com.
Release and Waiver of Liability
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST ORTHOMERICA AND STAR SUMMIT, AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE STAR SUMMIT, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By registering for and attending the Star Summit 2025, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Orthomerica Products, Inc. (“Orthomerica”) is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all participants at the Star Summit. Attendees are expected to treat everyone with respect and to recognize and be considerate of perspectives and opinions that may differ from their own.

Accordingly, all individuals—including but not limited to attendees, speakers, and staff - are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct. Orthomerica has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment, at the Star Summit.

Prohibited Conduct
Examples of unacceptable behavior at any Star Summit event include, but are not limited to:
- Harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, or intimidation in any form, including verbal, written (such as emails, texts, or social media postings), or physical conduct intended to threaten, humiliate, or coerce another Participant.
- Unwelcome sexual attention, including but not limited to sexualized comments or jokes, inappropriate or unwelcome touching, groping, sexual advances, or displaying sexually explicit material.
- Discrimination of any kind based on gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, physical appearance, age, race, religion, or national origin.
- Physical or verbal abuse directed at any Participant.
- Sustained disruption of presentations, meetings, or event activities in a disrespectful or obstructive manner.
Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all Star Summit-related activities, including sessions, workshops, networking events, receptions, and social gatherings, whether officially sponsored by Orthomerica or not.
Reporting & Enforcement
If you experience or witness harassment, discrimination, or any other unacceptable behavior, please notify an Orthomerica staff member immediately so that appropriate action can be taken. Reports will be treated seriously, and confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible without compromising the integrity of any investigation.

After reviewing the circumstances, Orthomerica leadership (or their designees) will take any action deemed necessary and appropriate. Consequences may include, but are not limited to:
- Verbal or written warnings
- Immediate removal from the event without refund
- Exclusion from participation in future Orthomerica events
