Rob Tetro began his journey in the O&P industry in 1992 as a technician at Dobi Symplex, where he honed his skills in fabrication and technical processes. In 1995, he joined Orthomerica as a plastics and automation specialist, serving as a key contributor in advancing within Orthomerica's R&D and engineering departments. During this time, Rob expanded his expertise in product design, tooling, and advanced manufacturing methods.
For a decade, Rob served as Cranial Production Manager, where he oversaw product quality, maintained and refined design specifications, optimized workflow efficiency, provided customer support, and created training and support programs for the StarScanner system.
Today, as Cranial Operations Manager, Rob brings more than three decades of industry experience to leading all aspects of cranial operations. His role encompasses business development, scanner technology integration, O&P manufacturing oversight, and the delivery of clinical, technical, and educational support to orthotists, technicians, and allied healthcare professionals worldwide. With a specialized focus on cranial remolding orthoses and the StarScanner laser data acquisition system, Rob remains dedicated to advancing product innovation, operational excellence, and customer success within the O&P community.
