Who should attend this conference?

The conference is ideal for O&P clinicians, cranial specialists, and allied healthcare professionals interested in infant cranial remolding orthoses. This includes orthotists, prosthetists, craniofacial surgeons, pediatric neurosurgeons, occupational therapists, physical therapists, pediatricians, registered nurses, physician assistants, and more. 

How can I register for the event?

Where is the venue for the conference?

The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orlando in Orlando, Florida, United States. There will also be a tour session at Orthomerica Products Inc - HQ location. For further details, please click on "Venue" in the location tab of the menu.

When does early-bird registration end?

Early-bird registration offers a $50 discount, available until May 1st. To ensure the discount is applied to your registration, please email Isora Purvis at ipurvis@orthomerica.com.

What is included in the registration fee?

The full Orthomerica registration fee includes access to all sessions, workshops, some meals and beverages, tour of Orthomerica's manufacturing facility, and networking opportunities. 

How do I know if I am an All-Star member?

If you are looking to register but don't know if you are an All-Star member, please email Isora Purvis at ipurvis@orthomerica.com. All-Star members are eligible to receive $50 off their registration price.

Do I have to pay now or later?

Although payment is not required right away, payment reserves a spot, and unpaid registrations cannot be held or secured. Payment will be processed once full registrations are confirmed with all details.

If you select "Bill to Orthomerica Account," you will be able to credit the payment to your company. To do this, you will need your Orthomerica Account Number and PO Number when registering.

If you select "Pay by personal or company credit card," you will be contacted about your payment details after the form is submitted.

Who qualifies as an O&P student?

To qualify as an orthotic & prosthetic student, you must be currently enrolled at an accredited O&P program during the time of the Star Summit (Oct. 1-3, 2025). A list of qualifying programs can be found here: Link. If you are in a different program but wish to attend, please contact Isora Purvis at ipurvis@orthomerica.com.

Am I able to bring my family to the event?

Yes, family members are welcome to join you in Orlando, Florida. However, we request that all clinicians attend the workshops and educational sessions without their family members. The Hyatt Regency Orlando offers a range of amenities and activities to keep kids and spouses entertained during the event.

What is the dress code for Star Summit?

The dress code for Star Summit is smart casual. This means you should aim for a polished yet comfortable look. A nice pair of jeans is acceptable.

Examples include:
Trousers or khakis, button-down or polo shirts, blouses, skirts, dresses, or stylish business-casual tops, with an optional blazer.

Please avoid overly casual clothing such as T-shirts, shorts, ripped jeans, flip-flops, or athletic wear.

Should I bring a sweater or jacket?

Yes! While the venue will maintain a comfortable temperature, conference rooms can sometimes feel chilly due to air conditioning. Bringing a light sweater, blazer, or jacket is recommended for your comfort.

Is there shuttle transportation from the airport to the Hyatt?

There is no official Star Summit shuttle from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the Hyatt Regency Orlando. However, here are some transportation options:

Lyft / Uber: Estimated cost $20 - $50 (depending on rush hour).

Mears Taxi: Contact Mears at this link for a scheduled pick-up and estimated cost from the airport to the hotel.

What are the nearest airports to the venue?

(MCO) Orlando International Airport: 12.3 miles (15 minutes from venue) 

(SFB) Orlando Sanford International Airport: 40.7 miles (38 minutes from venue) 

(TPA) Tampa International Airport: 81.5 miles (1 hour, 26 minutes from venue)
